Matt Noir is a painter from Brighton and studied Fine Art BA at Bath School of Art & Design.
His paintings investigate the symbolic power of the object, how they are bestowed with meaning, evoke memory and develop narrative.
Matt has previously exhibited on the Seven Dials and Kemp Town Trails and had a solo show at Gallery 40 which was on the Central Trail. Other recent local shows he has exhibited at include; The Sussex Open 2025, The Newhaven Open 2024, The Hippodrome Show 2022, and Cab Run (Under Brighton Train Station) 2022.
