I am a Hand Embroiderer and Textiles Artist based in Brighton, having worked freelance in Haute Couture fashion, interiors, performance wear, costume for stage, screen and television, brand activation projects, as well as on numerous textiles art projects.
My passion lies in creating experimental and expressive textiles art pieces – using embroidery as a means of self-expression which does not rely on verbal communication. The introspective and meditative qualities of the craft of hand embroidery enables me to project my thoughts through the intimate connection between my hands and materials.
