My collages are populated with useless objects and characters who refuse to be domesticated; glamourous types who say exactly what’s on their mind, and refuse to let me know their plans. They couldn’t care less about my solo shows, or the years I spent working for famous artists. They’ve no interest in my first-class Masters in Fine Art. All they’re interested in is high fashion and heightened emotions.
My writing is better behaved, but no less strange and has been shortlisted for the Pushcart Prize, The Bath Flash Fiction Award and the Bridport Prize.
When I’m not making or writing I run online and in-person ekphrastic writing workshops and host writing retreats.
