After two successful years exhibiting in Hollingbury (Studio 87) I want to explore opportunities to display in a second area, with a new clientele.
I am an amateur wood turner with 20 years’ experience and I live in West Hove. I work with locally sourced English hardwoods and especially Yew. I enjoy exploiting natural features in the wood (burrs, voids, twisted grain) in combination with pure and sculptural forms. I offer a range of boxes, vases, bowls, candle sticks and sculptural designs with prices ranging from £15 to £250.
All my proceeds go to a medical charity (Cystic Fibrosis Trust) and I make reference to that within my display.
