I am a Brighton based Artist and Designer who has exhibited in Open Houses for a number of years.
I am interested in the relationship we have with collected, accumulated objects and the meanings and associations they hold. Recent works explore memorable, decorative objects, found at home, and on my travels. I gather imagery from diverse sources, cigarette cards, vintage dresses, decorative china, textiles, markets and architectural structures.
Images are explored through drawing, layering, and edited photographs, my interest in mark making, colour and pattern dominates the process. Artworks produced combine Lino printing, Silk Screen printing, Textiles and Mixed Media. I have an extensive selection of available prints.
