i make art under the name restless sky.
i paint my nervous system. my practice moves between two interconnected bodies of work: nervous.system and archive.box.
nervous.system is made in real time — building, veiling, scraping, interrupting and burying paint in response to the here and now. archive.box begins with what remains: receipts, packaging, tape, labels and other fragments of lived experience, used as evidence rather than memorabilia.
i’m based in brighton & hove and work across acrylic painting and mixed media, from smaller works to large-scale canvases. my work has previously been shown as part of artists open houses, and i currently have work selected for the vault’s future brighton exhibition.
i’m looking to join an open house as a guest artist for winter 2026 and/or may 2027.
