I am a Sussex based artist, art tutor and facilitator who is based at the Gingerbread Tree Studio in Haywards Heath
I continually find inspiration in the natural world. I love to paint the big skies of Norfolk and the Cornish coastline, both of which I frequently visits. I am also particularly keen on poppy and seedheads, grasses and other flora. I love to create my images using either acrylics on canvas or a variety of mixed media and techniques such as watercolour, ink and mono printing, where I combine of layers of colours and prints of natural flora. I usually like to add drawn detail to my prints by using my favourite ink pot and stick.
