I was born in Helsinki, but I lived most of my life overseas.
I have always loved to draw and do arts and crafts at school it has always comforted me in demanding situations. I had a good imagination and loved creating my own world of creatures with magical powers and elements. At age 10 I got into Japanese cartoons and comics called manga and loved drawing them every day. Soon I found out that I wanted to be an artist. As a neurodivergent person, my teenage years were really difficult. With the power of Art, I have continued to fight my hardest times in life to find positivity and strength, and people who support me in my art journey.
My main mediums are acrylic paint and illustrations. I try to combine my love for Japanese / Asian art, nature, pop- culture, animals, and people in one work. I also find making a mess amusing and I often like to call my painting style violent and crazy. I often have a lot of violent strokes, splatters, funky colours, glitter, flow, and shine in one piece.
If my painting isn’t satisfying I paint over it again, I often listen to music when I paint.It’s like a dance that is a bit strange for some audience.
My hope as an artist is to make friends and have a nice community to make art with.
