I am a Brighton-based self-taught oil painter creating large-scale surreal realist paintings that combine wildlife, florals and celestial imagery. Inspired by dreams, nature and storytelling, my work brings together animals, birds, moons, lanterns and botanical elements in detailed compositions that explore beauty, wonder and imagination. Each painting is created in oils and typically takes between four and six months to complete. My paintings are generally medium to large statement pieces for wall display, ranging from approximately 80cm to 120cm. As I am local to Brighton, I would be happy to assist with installation, setup and exhibition invigilation during the event.
